14-day returns for store credit

Eligible online purchases may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery or pickup for Ember Cove store credit.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with the original tags and proof of purchase. Items marked final sale and hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

Email siscosalonspa@gmail.com before returning an item. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping and local-delivery charges are not refundable. Approved store credit is issued after the return is received and inspected.
