Ember Cove Boutique currently offers shipping within the United States, local pickup, and qualifying local delivery.
Order Processing
Shipped orders are generally processed within one to three business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, severe weather, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Processing time is separate from the carrier’s estimated delivery time. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on the order and delivery address.
Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Ember Cove Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.
We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after an order has entered processing. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking and Delivery Problems
Please allow time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Confirm the shipping address on your order
- Check around the delivery location
- Ask other household members or neighbors
- Contact the carrier directly

Most pickup orders are ready within 24 hours during normal business operations. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving.
Regular boutique hours are:
- Monday–Wednesday: 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Thursday: Closed
- Friday: 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
- Sunday: Closed
Hours may change for holidays, weather, or special events. Please bring your order confirmation and identification when collecting an order.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available to eligible addresses within the City of Flushing and Flushing Township when offered at checkout.
- Local delivery is free on every eligible order within ZIP code 48433.
- Payment must be completed before delivery.
Orders placed before noon Monday through Saturday are generally eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after noon will generally be delivered on the next available delivery day.
Same-day delivery is not guaranteed. Timing may be affected by order volume, weather, holidays, address accessibility, or other circumstances outside our control.
Please provide complete delivery instructions and a safe location for the order. We may contact you if additional information is needed.
